The Framework Agreement is concluded within the framework of a permanent group of orders linked to recurring needs, between Brest metropolis, the City of Brest, the CCAS of the city of Brest and Les ateliers des Capucins SPL, and on behalf of which Brest Métropole is coordinator.The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 12 months from 1 January 2022 (or its date of notification if later). The time limits for execution are specified in Article 3 of the commitment act. Framework agreements may be subject to 3 renewals
