Gubener Sozialwerke gGmbH is a municipal company of the city of Guben. It intends to build a nursing care center by rebuilding a listed building ensemble (school campus built in 1951/1952) and by adding a new building with basement.

The entire nursing centre is to be completely furnished indoors and outdoors, for which a contractor is being sought as part of the local tender.

The subject of the invitation to tender is the delivery of the indoor and outdoor equipment intended for the Guben Care Centre, including installation and on site in accordance with the client's specifications, as well as assembly and, if necessary, connection.
