Maintenance and Operation of Infrastructures on the CEA Tech Pays de la Loire website

This Contract covers the maintenance and operation of the infrastructures of the new CEA Tech Pays de la Loire site, comprising a building of approximately:

• 1600 m² of halls hosting the various scientific platforms,

• 1800 m² of offices.

The Contract, which is the subject of this consultation, includes the following services:

• Preventive maintenance,

• Curative maintenance,

• Monitoring, intelligence and updating of the Infor EAM CMMS,

• Establishment of a line and a telephone platform dedicated to intervention requests for the site,

• Inventory management of parts, equipment and consumables,

• Monitoring, intelligence and software update of the GTC,

• The drafting, monitoring and updating of all technical documents (shuttle sheet, ranges, operating book, DOE, ...) necessary for maintenance and operation services,

• Management of heritage plans and data (GEOMAP and MFiles),

• The Holder must, when requesting work involving a modification of the infrastructure, make the shuttle sheets of modification of plan to be sent to the Heritage Department of the CEA of Grenoble, attach the plan of the modifications and follow the proper consideration of it.

• Carrying out tests and tests associated with safety equipment (safety matrix) provided by the Applicant's safety engineer.

• Monitoring and analysis of the installation line (round),

• Monitoring and analysis of electricity, drinking water, thermal consumption,

• Support for regulatory controls and tests, supply of weights, and testing if necessary,

• Realization of small handling and small logistics,

• The management of the organization chart of the keys, the distribution of the keys and the locksmith,

• Update of the plans and completion of the shuttle sheets in case of work undertaken by the Holder and / or its subcontractors and minor modification of update of the DOE within the framework of the surrogacy,

• Respond to requests for small jobs (under estimate).

These benefits are applied to the following:

• Electric distribution networks HT and LV,

• Fluid networks (city water, natural gas, Compressed air, Hot/Cold water, Cooling water),

• Discharge networks (Wastewater, Rainwater, ...),

• Air conditioning, ventilation, Heating (productions, distributions, receivers),

• Sanitary and plumbing,

• Lighting internal and external to buildings (including roads),

• Laboratory equipment (Sorbonne and benchtop type, R&D equipment excluded),

• Lifting and handling equipment,

• Computer, audio, video, video and telephone networks (from the computer bay to building sockets, excluding active equipment),

• The infrastructure buildings and second work (elevators, car/ manual doors, fences, gates, airlocks and gates

• Wet networks, smoke outlets, glazed frames, roof terraces, ...),

• The management of keys and locksmith including the follow-up of the organizational chart,

• All remote alarm detection and management equipment: Gas, fire, intrusion, access control and alarm transfer systems to the remote monitor,

• The management of Centralized Technical Management (CTM) and associated systems,
