As part of its activity of receiving and shipping nuclear materials related to CEA programs, the MAGENTA basic nuclear facility (INB 169) requires the acquisition of 81 vertical fissile material storage cells (FSA) and 68 unit storage racks.
This supply contract is structured in a flat-rate part, broken down into 2 firm technical stations, which are themselves broken down into missions.
This lump sum includes, in particular:
• Item 1: Design, manufacture, control and delivery of 81 AVENs.
o Mission 1: Realization of execution studies and manufacturing documents relating to AVENs, and manufacture, control and delivery of a pre-series of 4 AVENs, including:
Mission 1-1: Carrying out the execution studies and providing the manufacturing file (AVEN execution drawings, manufacturing documents).
Mission 1-2: Manufacture of a pre-series of 4 AVEN and validation of the manufacturing and control process of the series.
o Mission 2: Manufacture, control and delivery of 77 AVEN in series.
Mission 2-1: Manufacture / control of 77 AVEN in 2 series (2 series: 1 of 39, then 1 of 38).
• Item 2: Design, manufacture, control and delivery of 68 storage racks.
o Mission 3: Design, manufacture, control and delivery of a series of 68 racks, including:
Mission 3-1: Execution studies and supply of the manufacturing file (execution drawings of the unit racks, manufacturing documents).
Mission 3-2: Manufacture a series of 68 racks.
The Contract is expected to take place for a maximum of sixteen (16) months from the date of its initiation.
