1. The subject of the order is the care of greenery in the Rose Garden and care, felling and planting in the commune of the city of Szczecin (broken down into parts), i.e.
- part I: care of greenery in the Rose Garden
- part II: care, felling and planting of trees and shrubs in the commune of the City
Szczecin.

2. The subject of the order has been specified in detail in Annexes 2 / I and 2 / II, respectively, to the ToR.

The contractor will perform the subject of the contract with the utmost care required from an entity professionally providing this type of service, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with generally applicable law, including the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701 as amended) as well as with the Terms of Reference and the offer, which will form an integral part of the contract.
