Verkehrsbetriebe Hamburg-Holstein GmbH (VHH for short) is a partner in the Hamburg Transport Association and operates 170 routes with over 2,300 employees and 662 buses at 13 locations in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein.

In order to be able to expand the orientation of bus transport towards e-mobility, VHH depots must be converted accordingly. For the procurement of mobile chargers, VHH receives funding from the federal government for procurement. The mobile chargers are used at all current and future bus depots with charging infrastructure and are used flexibly as a fallback level and reserve in the event of failure of the existing stationary charging infrastructure or during maintenance measures. In addition, they should also be used in the workshop and, for example, to maintain or enable the battery charge during maintenance work.

The subject of this award procedure is the delivery of 24 mobile DC chargers, each with an output of 40 kW, as well as an associated Service Level Agreement (SLA) for an initial term of 60 months after successful acceptance with an extension option.
