Tysvær municipality shall enter into a framework agreement regarding consulting engineering HVAC (RIV). The following assignments may be included in the framework agreement for RIV:

— Complete engineering design in connection with reconstructions and new buildings for the following disciplines:

i. Sanitary installations;

ii. Heating system;

iii. Sprinkler system;

iv. Gas and pneumatic system;

v. Process cooling;

vi. Air treatment;

vii. Comfort cooling systems;

viii. Outdoor water and sewage facilities belonging to building sites;

ix. Bathing facilities;

x. Automation systems / central operations systems;

— The individual in-charge for the framework agreement shall function as an engineering design manager/ undertake coordinating functions for all engineering design in any given projects;

— Implementation of condition evaluations and preparation of condition reports;

— Preparation of environmental reports in connection with construction projects;

— Preparation of tender documents, including publication of tenders as well as evaluations of tenders, in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations;

— The preparation of cost estimates and progress plans;

— Responsible for coordination/control of administration, operation and maintenance documents for projects;

— Safeguarding the Health, Safety and Working Environment in accordance with the Builder Regulations for the relevant assignment;

— Implementation of third-party inspections;

— Construction management;

— Energy estimates;

— Indoor climate estimates.
