The assignment concerns the purchase of the right of use on a personnel information and payroll application. The application must be a future-proof SaaS solution in which the system can respond to technological developments and guarantee flexibility in functionalities. Tenderer must make the application available, implement it (including conversion data existing application to the application to be delivered), manage it and provide technical and functional (providing training and having a helpdesk available for questions) support. SOVON independently carries out the payroll and personnel administration and therefore no need for services (outsourcing) in this area.
