The procurement includes the delivery of technical personnel with expertise within one or more of lighting, sound, and AV.

Purpose of the procurement

Steinkjer Municipality, c/o the Agency for Cultural Events, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of technical personnel and services including supplements of technical equipment that is not in the culture quarter's own equipment.

The procurement covers the delivery of technical personnel with expertise within one or more of lighting, sound, and AV production. Supplements of technical equipment that is not in the equipment packages in Steinkjer Arts Centre and Steinkjer Community Centre are also part of the procurement.

This procurement will ensure that the Culture Quarter Steinkjer has access to technical equipment and technical personnel at the right quality, price and delivery time in the contract period.

The contract is for services listed in the requirements specification and price sheet.

The objective of the contest is to write a framework agreement with one tenderer for all products and services included in this procurement for services within lighting, sound, and AV production.
