The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation for the stage of the Technical, Economic and Environmental Study and Program Concept (STEŚ-R) along with obtaining a decision on environmental conditions for the task 'Construction of the Brzeg bypass along national road No. 39'.

The purpose of the investment referred to in this project documentation is the construction of the Brzeg bypass along national road No. 39 along with the bridge over the Odra River, construction of access roads to support the adjacent area, construction of infrastructure related to the road, as well as reconstruction of local roads and colliding technical infrastructure devices.

1) technical-economic-environmental study

2) geological and engineering study, geotechnical opinion, hydrogeological works project, hydrogeological documentation

3) materials for the application for obtaining a decision on environmental conditions

4) report on the environmental impact of the planned project

5) map for design purposes

6) geological works project, geological and engineering documentation

7) program concept.
