Roofing work
The primary school on Heubischer Straße in Neustadt near Coburg is a multi-storey brick building, which stands on a sandstone basement. The exterior walls were designed with a thermal insulation plaster on the inside and a new plaster surface on the outside.
The roof area of the entire building is divided into several contiguous individual roofs according to the different construction phases.
The complete brick cover is dismantled including battening, counter battening and underlying roofing felt, as well as all sheet metal. The existing cladding of the roof truss will be retained, on which the roof surfaces will be re-roofed with the same structure.
