The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, acquisition and retraction of timber and semination, selection, nursery and maintenance of cleanliness in the Rytel Forest District in 2022.

The implementation of the works included in the subject of the order for individual Packages will take place in the forestry area - appropriate for the given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). Indicated in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. the location (forest address) of individual forest works falling under the Subject Matter of the Agreement is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. item 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

(1), provided that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.
