The existing ZNA area at the UKL will be rebuilt and expanded. This conversion will take place in 2 construction phases.
The services in this award unit are part of the 2nd construction phase and include:
- approx. 150m² dismantling of outdoor facilities incl. asphalt surfaces
- Construction shoring for excavation pit, shoring beam HEA 200
- approx. 230m³ excavated soil for pipeline laying and foundations
- Dispose of approx. 380t of soil
- 1pcs coalescence separator incl. shaft
- approx. 90m of ground pipes for dirty, rainwater and drinking water
- Grounding work in the course of the production of foundation components
- Empty conduits ELT
- approx. 20m³ concrete C20/25 in small-scale strip foundations incl. formwork
- approx. 122m² floor slab in-situ concrete d = approx. 25cm incl. waterproofing and perimeter insulation
- approx. 7m³ in-situ concrete columns and beams
- approx. 120m² in-situ concrete ceiling C30/37, height above floor slab approx. 4.30m
- approx. 120m² roof structure incl. waterproofing, insulation, flat roof structure Extensive green roof
- approx. 104m² masonry wall KS 24cm, height up to 4.30m, incl. openings to be made
- approx. 37m² masonry wall produce in existing 11.5cm to 30cm, type fire wall
- approx. 24 core boreholes of various diameters in masonry and concrete
- approx. 30m² demolition of masonry walls in small areas, e.g. new openings including associated drilling and sawing work
