Through the application of this award procedure, the contracting authority aims to conclude separate contracts for design, technical assistance, and execution of works related to each lot, corresponding to each investment objective, as follows: Lot 1: Modernization of Măceșului Street; Lot 2: Modernization of Lămâiței Entrance; Lot 3: Modernization of Dafinului Entrance; Lot 4: Modernization of Zenitului Street; Lot 5: Modernization of Abatorului Entrance; Lot 6: Modernization of Nicolae Bălcescu Entrance; Lot 7: Modernization of Mateiaș Street (unpaved section). Each lot aims at the design, technical assistance, and execution of works for the related street, in accordance with the identified needs and the approved technical-economic indicators for each location. The execution duration of the contract, related to each lot, is 5 months, with the following completion deadlines: a) Phase I: Design – 2 months from the issuance of the start order by the purchaser; b) Phase II: Execution of works – 3 months from the handover of the site free of any encumbrances and the issuance of the work start order; c) Phase III: Technical assistance from the designer throughout the execution period of the works, until the signing of the minutes of acceptance upon completion of the works. The deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the procurement procedure can request clarifications/supplementary information regarding the content of the awarding documentation: the 12th day before the deadline for submitting offers; The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications/information supplements by publishing the consolidated response on SEAP on the 8th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Măceșului Street, with a length of 248 m, is located within the Municipality of Pitești, North area, benefiting UAT Pitești. Măceșului Street starts at the intersection with Constantin Dobrogeanu Gherea Street, intersects with Lămâiței Entrance, and ends at the intersection with Dafinului Entrance. Măceșului Street is unmodernized, with a gravel road surface, lacking sidewalks and a system for collecting and draining rainwater. Lămâiței Entrance is unmodernized, with a gravel road surface in the first section and deteriorated asphalt in the second section, lacking sidewalks and a system for collecting and draining rainwater. The street is unmodernized, with a gravel road surface, lacking sidewalks and a system for collecting and draining rainwater. Abatorului Entrance, approximately 270m long, is located in the Municipality of Pitești, Prundu neighborhood. The street starts at the intersection with Prundu Mic Street and ends at the gate of SC Caroli Foods SRL Abattoir. Under the action of climatic factors, the existing road structure (currently concrete) proposed for modernization has deteriorated, showing defects (potholes, unevenness, cracks, etc.) which makes vehicle and pedestrian traffic difficult. Nicolae Bălcescu Entrance runs for a length of 351 m, between the intersection with Plopilor Street and the boundaries of private properties. For technical reasons, the proposed length for modernization is 330 m. The difference of 21 m (the final section) has been excluded from the modernization project because the existing cross-section of the public domain does not allow for a compliant roadway and associated sidewalks. The street is unmodernized, with a gravel roadway, lacking sidewalks and a stormwater collection and drainage system. Mateiaș Street (unpaved section) is unmodernized, with a gravel roadway, lacking sidewalks and with a non-functional stormwater collection and drainage system (the existing storm sewer is clogged).
