Arrive, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into framework agreements for the areas database and application servers. The Awarding Authority will have regularly requirements for new database and application servers as a result of upgrading of the operating systems, increased requirements for output and new projects where the existing platform is in shortage of capacity.

The Awarding Authority will also require a smaller degree of consultancy services. The value of the contract is estimated to 2 000 000 NOK per annum. The agreement period is 2 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation. The Awarding Authority will enter into framework agreements with 1-5 service providers.
