The subject of this procedure is the awarding of security services in 7 central accommodation facilities of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia where refugees are accommodated.
The security of the facility, its undisturbed operation, and the safety of the persons and employees placed there are ensured by the employment of the contractor sought in this procedure. This procedure comprises 7 lots. Each lot includes full security services (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) in a ZUE of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
The employees employed do not perform any official activities. They carry out their work in the context of everyone's rights.
The Arnsberg district government is managing this procedure for the district governments involved. The contractor of the contractor is the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, represented by the district government named for the respective lot
