This contract concerns the setting up of a supply and service contract, it is composed of the services defined as follows:

- the lump sum supply of fuel for heating with profit-sharing on energy savings (P1 MTI service),

- the unitary supply of necessary heat supply and the production of hot water and water treatment (P1 / 2 service),

- the lump sum service for the operation and maintenance of the heat production and distribution facilities, the domestic hot water production and distribution facilities and the water treatment installations according to the FD X60-000 standard (P2 service),

- the standard monitoring and control services required for the monitoring of production, thermal and distribution facilities for domestic hot water (P2 service),

- the flat-rate total guarantee for technical installations with distribution (P3 service).
