The subject of the order are successive supplies of surgical medical devices for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The delivery specification is included in Annex 1.1 ("Price form") to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order. The order is divided into 8 packages (lots). Each of the contractors may submit an offer for one or any number of selected packages, while within a given package the offer must be complete (i.e. it must cover all positions), otherwise it will be rejected.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of using the procedure specified in art. 24aa of the Act of 29.1.2004 - Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the Act), i.e. the opportunity to first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the contractor whose offer was assessed as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure .
