The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide an electronic voting solution and expertise independent of the electronic voting system. The description and technical specifications are indicated in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). This is a framework service agreement within the meaning of Article L. 1111-4 of the Public Order Code. Companies cannot respond to both lots. The independence of expertise must be complete.
