To appoint a care/support provider at Newby House Supported Living Scheme in Halewood. The Service aims to enable Service Users to achieve maximum choice and control in their lives, maintain their home, promote independence, increase life skills and improve social inclusion.

The Service provides supported housing for up to 12 people with medium to high needs with one or more of the following diagnoses/ lived experience (please note that this list is not exhaustive):

• Mental health

• Learning disability

• Substance misuse

• Physical disability

• Forensic history

• Autism

The scheme is home to a range of individuals with varying complexities.
