The invitation to tender concerns the delivery of building materials.
The contracting authority is not obliged to use the framework agreement where, in connection with building and construction work, materials must also be delivered.
The contract concerns timber, windows, doors and naturally associated iron wares and tools. The agreement is not mandatory for tools.
The contracting authority retains the right to utilise other service providers in connection with special restoration projects.
Parallel framework agreements will be entered into with up to 3 suppliers, subject to sufficient participation by qualified suppliers.
The supplier ranked number 1 have first priority when purchasing windows and doors, and sales outlet when purchasing building materials. If the supplier ranked number 1 does not have current building materials or windows and doors available or cannot deliver within the Contracting Authority's deadline for the relevant order, the Contracting Authority may purchase from the supplier ranked number 2, and so forth.
If one of the framework agreement suppliers leaves during the contract period, the lower ranked suppliers will automatically move up in the rankings.
The Contracting Authority can carry out mini competitions for the relevant need between the framework agreement's suppliers if the Contracting Authority deems this appropriate. This applies to individual purchases exceeding NOK 100,000 excluding VAT.
