The object of the order is the execution, together with the delivery and assembly of exhibits and elements of the stage design of the Tarnowski Experience Park, as part of the task “New Event Spaces — adaptation of the Market 4 building in Tarnów for the purposes of the Tarnowski Experience Park”. A detailed description of the item of the order includes SWZ.

The scope of the contract includes 3 stages of implementation, detailed in Annex 1E to SWZ, including:

1) Phase I — the execution of educational scenarios for exhibits and set design elements;

2) Phase II — prototyping exhibits and set pieces and presenting prototypes with executive documentation;

3) Phase III — the execution, delivery and installation of finished exhibits and stage design elements with their commissioning, including:

(a) carrying out the required trials and checks, commissioning and calibration, installation of the necessary exposure management system software and final tests,

(b) to train the contracting staff (future user) in the handling of the exposure.

Detailed specification of the subject matter of the contract, requirements and guidelines for the exhibits and set elements are set out in Annex 1 to SWZ 'Description of the procurement subject' (OPZ) and in the documents constituting Annexes 1A - 1K to the SWZ.

Pursuant to Article 100 of the Pzp Act, the subject of the order for accessibility for people with disabilities is described in Annex 1G to SWZ.
