Project management mission at global and fixed price (see Dce for consultation).

The overall project consists of the energy and technical rehabilitation of the Port-Saint-Louis le Vauban residence (366 housing units on an occupied site divided into 8 buildings with a total of 39 entrances).

The project may also lead to the demolition of some of these dwellings as well as the construction of new housing on the rise (see programme for more details).

Provisional works budget: EUR 29,110,000.00 excl. VAT
