Provision of domestic, general and miscellaneous waste management and monitoring services. To include but not limited to:

(i) waste collection;

(ii) waste minimisation;

(iii) segregation;

(iv) reuse;

(v) recycling;

(vi) treatment and disposal.

For all general, domestic and miscellaneous waste generated by the Authority utilising means which minimise environmental impact and maximise cost savings.
