Project planning building acc. Section 34 HOAI for work phases 6 to 8.
GEWOFAG Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH intends to build approx. 22 company rented apartments for city employees and 4 commercial units on the ground floor on Thierschstraße / Liebherrstraße.
The planning area covers an area of approx. 1 285 m² in an inner-urban vacant lot. The planning law reliability of the project is given by a city council decision as well as preliminary discussions and coordination with the licensing authority. For the apartments and the associated communal areas, there is currently a usable area of approx. 1 069 m², for commercial use on the ground floor approx. 420 m².
Due to the location and nature of the property and the proximity to the S-Bahn station Isartor, there is no need to build an underground car park. According to the current planning status, the building is to be constructed in accordance with the energy standard of KfW Efficiency House 70 (EnEV 2009).
