The existing Ihnetal bridge on the L512 has to be replaced by a replacement building.
The replacement of the bridge will take place next to the existing structure. Traffic management will be maintained on the existing structure. After completion of the new approx. 83 m long bridge (2-span structure as prestressed plate beam), it must be connected to the road network. For this purpose, a new turbo roundabout must be built immediately adjacent to the new bridge and further superstructure work must be carried out.
In the course of the new road layout, 4 new retaining structures and 3 large traffic sign carriers must be built.
After the new bridge is under traffic, the existing bridge, including the supporting tower emergency support underneath, can be dismantled.
