The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest protection (species protection), as part of the project "Comprehensive project for the protection of species and habitats in areas managed by PGL Lasy Państwowe", i.e. mowing the surface of natural habitats: 7140- transitional peat bogs and bogs, 6410- variable moist meadows, in 2022 in the area of forestry: Janów oddz. 111k, Mustache 156b, 167b, Gatniki odz. 213l,r, 277p.

A detailed description of the works (activities) and a detailed description of the technology of performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract, together with a description of the rules of the procedure for commissioning works, are included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest protection, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ. The material ranges listed in Annex 2 to the SWZ are estimates.
