The dynamic purchasing system covers the supply and transmission of electricity, the supply and transmission of natural gas as well as the associated services on behalf of the State services and certain public establishments and other organizations.

Category 1 concerns the connection points connected to the HVB, MV or LV SUP voltage levels. These sites fall under segments C1 to C4. Within this category, the buyer has planned to award several contracts according to a coherent breakdown both in terms of volumes and the nature of the delivery points, according to the current practices in the profession at the date of the award of subsequent contracts ( example: subsequent contracts comprising only delivery points C1-C2).

Category 2 concerns connection points at the LV voltage level ≤ 36 kva and to which a single contract is associated. These sites fall under the C5 segment.

Category 3 concerns connection points directly connected to the transmission network, connected to the distribution network and falling under tariff options T3, T4 or TP, and other sites for which the CAR is greater than 5 Gwh / year. Within this category, the buyer has planned to award several contracts according to a coherent breakdown both in terms of volumes and the nature of the delivery points, according to the current practices in the profession at the date of the award of subsequent contracts ( example: subsequent contracts comprising only delivery points T3).

Category 4 concerns the connection points connected to the distribution network and falling under the T1 or T2 tariff options.
