In accordance with the terms and conditions of the special specifications, the successful tenderer undertakes vis-à-vis the contracting authority to achieve the object of the contract relating to the provision of services, which consists of offering the contracting authority various platforms for publication of job vacancies, both generalist and specialized in ICT, with CV-library, as well as the provision of ad credit, as part of recruitment for the needs of the ASBL IRISteam.

Indicative volumes of credit orders for the placement of advertisements are included in the price presentation model mentioned in point A.1.13.1. of the special specifications and annexed thereto (Annex 2 Inventory). The contracting authority does not, however, under any circumstances commit to these volumes, insofar as they are only provided to allow the comparison of offers.
