The project will build a service center that will be open 24 hours a day. Here, fault messages for the elevator, traffic light circuits, etc. are displayed and are accordingly coordinated further by the employees. Even in-house trouble reports, as well as the telephone switching of the professional fire brigade are handled over the service center.

To ensure that employees have a fair workplace with all the associated components, work tables should be used. These are delivered on site.

In order to visualize the display of all internal fault messages approx. 60 pc, as well as the video surveillance, a so-called video wall consisting of several displays is realized. These are in the illustration on min. 4 different pictorial representations divisible.

The external fault messages and emergency calls are displayed directly on the individual screens on the worktable.

This interface between the screens / televisions and output devices can be realized by evaluation software and transformers.

There is only one keyboard and mouse on each work table. Here is a smooth switching between the PC's and output devices take place.

It should also be possible to retrieve the internal fault messages displayed on the VideoWall on the employee PC.
