Specialist planning services in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 of the HOAI in the HLSK department (KG 410, 420, 430 and 480) for construction maintenance work as well as for small conversions and extensions in the area of the Bruchsal prison with a branch office in Kislau.

The execution of the construction maintenance work for at least two years after commissioning with an extension option of one year at a time, up to a maximum of four years in total. In addition, several smaller construction projects with GBK up to € 200,000 gross are planned.

The state guidelines for the construction of prisons in Baden-Württemberg (LRL-V) must be taken into account. To carry out the services, only personnel may be used who have previously been background checked and no negative indications are available.

The Contractor undertakes to submit to the Client a completed and signed sample "Declaration of Consent: Application for Carrying out a Background Check for External Personnel" with a corresponding copy of ID or a valid (not older than 2 years) verification confirmation from the State Office of Criminal Investigation for each person working on the construction site.

The Contractor is obliged to comply with the regulations in accordance with the "Leaflet on the Handling of Classified Information (VS) of the classification VS-ONLY FOR OFFICIAL USE".
