The purpose of this contract is regulatory controls in electricity, thermal-fluid installations, lifting means, energy efficiency, health risks and technical control missions for the City of Saint-Ouen-Sur-Seine. It is a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts broken down into three lots, in accordance with Article L. 2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of:
- For lot no. 1, 400,000 euro (excl. tax) over the overall duration of the contract. As an indication, the maximum annual amount is 100,000 euro (excluding tax);
- For lot no. 2, 400 000 euro (H.T.) over the overall duration of the contract. As an indication, the maximum annual amount is 100,000 euro (excluding tax);
- For lot no. 3, 400,000 euro (excl. tax) over the overall duration of the contract. As an indication, the maximum annual amount is 100,000 euro (excluding tax).
