The subject of the contract is a load, transport and waste management service code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 and other waste stored on the property at 9 Papiernice Street m. Great Konopat gm. the World. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in Annex No 4 to the SWZ. The contractual provisions are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract subject to obtaining a decision/order to remove the waste from the competent authority.
