2. Electricity delivery prices:

The customer pays an electricity price in cents per kilowatt hour for the energy consumed.

The electricity delivery price does not include:

- Levy in accordance with the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG levy);

- electricity tax;

-Sales tax;

As well as fees charged by the respective network operator:

- network usage fees of the network operator;

- Fees for measurement and provision of counting data by the network operator or metering point operator;

- Levy according to § 19 paragraph 2 of the Electricity Network Fee Ordinance (StromNEV);

- Offshore liability levy in accordance with Section 17f of the Energy Industry Act (EnWG);

- Surcharges in accordance with the Combined Heat and Power Act (KWKG);

- Concession fees in accordance with the Concession Fee Ordinance (KAV);

- any reactive work that may occur (above the payroll exemption limit);

An adjustment of the electricity supply prices during the term of the contract is excluded. During the entire term of the electricity supply contract, a fixed price applies for the supply of electricity.

3. Network usage:

The supply of electricity, including grid use, is put out to tender and awarded (so-called all-inclusive electricity supply contract). The individual consumption points are located in the network area of Neubrandenburger Stadtwerke GmbH.

4. Conclusion of contract:

As a result, a contract with the same prices is to be concluded for each of the contracting authorities involved. A special document is drawn up for the electricity supply contract in the form of the attached model electricity supply contract. The bidder's own terms and conditions may not be used as a basis for the offer.
