The construction project includes the construction of a large sports hall with a fitness room on the site of the location sports facilities opposite the Wilhelmsburg barracks in Ulm.

The submission of the construction documents is scheduled for August 2021, the start of construction in August 2022 and the handover for August 2024. The estimated total construction costs are approx. EUR 6,173,000.00 gross.
