With more than 200 employees, we support district, city and municipal administrations in Central Germany on the IT side in fulfilling their legal tasks for citizens and making administrative processes even more user-friendly and cost-effective.

Our main customer, the city administration of Leipzig, has been relying on our service for over 10 years. The aim of the tender is to extend the maintenance licenses for our packaging software "Matrix42" for 3 years.

This includes the software currently in use

"Matrix42 Physical Workspace Management - per Device",

"Matrix42 Remote Control - per Device" und

"Martrix42 3rd Party PatchManagement - per Device",

whose license maintenance contract ends on 30.06.2023.

The volume is estimated at about 300-500 pieces in the 3-year period.

However, the customer does not undertake to purchase further quantities.

The maintenance of Matrix42 includes hotline service (via telephone, email and Internet), access to the support portal (incl. knowledge base) and access to new software versions, fixes, patches and workarounds for the current release. The employees of the Lecos are trained for this product.

From a technical and economic point of view, it is not possible to switch to other products.
