Norsk rikskringkasting AS (NRK) invites interested tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for framework agreements for the operation of existing coffee machines, the procurement of accompanying consumables as well as the procurement of new machines when needed. Politihøgskolen (PHS) has an option to join the contract.

We intend to enter into a framework agreement with 1 supplier.

NRK currently owns all the automatic vending machines and other equipment covered by this contract, so, at first, the delivery will be ingredients and service for the existing equipment. At the same time we would like tenders for renting and procuring equipment adapted to what we currently have with a view to new procurements, when relevant.

Tenderers must be able to offer service for the existing machines.

Our aim is that NRK's employees shall have access to tasty hot drinks and food nearby their workplace, regardless of the time of day/night.

A collaboration contract will be signed for a total delivery including service for three years, with an option for a further 1 year.
