The ongoing service and maintenance of the commercial scale heating, water (hot and cold), ventilation, air conditioning systems and gas appliance catering equipment.

— Installation and replacement of domestic heating systems, including boiler replacement, complete system replacements.

The contract period is initially for a period of 11 months May 2017 to March 2018, there after subject to an annual review, renewable every 12 months, (Subject to a satisfactory quality an performance review) up to and maximum of 5 years:

— Year 1 — May 2017 to 31.3.2018;

— Year 2 — 1.4.2018 to 31.3.2019;

— Year 3 — 1.4.2019 to 31.3.2020;

— Year 4 — 1.4.2020 to 31.3.2021;

— Year 5 — 1.4.2021 to 31.3.2022.

Contract will maintain flexibility and capacity to accommodate additional commercial schemes for maintenance and a variable domestic heating installation programme, as well as deletions of schemes / locations as and when they occur.
