general administrative, financial and technical assistance on behalf of the three project owners who are members of the group of orders (Metropolis of Greater Nancy, City of Laxou and Batigère) not integrated, in carrying out the operations of the new urban renewal project. This mission will be ordered and financed by each contracting authority member of the grouping for the part which concerns it according to the operations and on the basis of its own needs. Contract awarded according to the purchasing technique of the framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum and with a maximum of 2,200,000¤ excluding tax for the duration of the contract.
