- lots 1 and 2 will each give rise to a single-award framework agreement with no minimum or maximum which will be executed as and when order forms are issued by the Contracting Authority as governed by the provisions of articles R2162-2 paragraph 2, R2162-4.3º, R. 2162-5, R. 2162-6, R. 20162-13 and R. 2016-14.

The execution of the services of this framework agreement will be entrusted, as the need arises, to a single contractor.

The procedures for issuing purchase orders to the successful tenderer are specified in the framework agreement;

- lot 3 will give rise to a multi-beneficiary framework agreement with no minimum or maximum and is governed by the provisions of articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-7 and R. 2162-10 of the public procurement code. Subsequent contracts concluded on the basis of the framework agreement will be concluded after competition between the various beneficiaries of it.

OPC missions related to DT3 new construction operations except UT1.

OPC missions related to all TD development operations.
