The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation for the task: Construction of the Szamotuły bypass along the provincial road No. 184 Wronki – Ostroróg – Szamotuły – Przeźmierowo consisting of two sections:

1) section I – from the roundabout on DW No. 184 in Piaskowo to the roundabout on DW 187;

2) section II – from the roundabout on DW 187 to the roundabout on DW 185 in Gaj Mały.

Detailed technical guidelines for the development of the design documentation are set out in Volume III of SWZ.

geodetic resource* – pcs. 65, obtaining a water permit; Section II: design documentation,

design materials for obtaining opinions, arrangements, permits and decisions required by specific regulations,

tender documentation, investor's cost estimate, maps containing real estate division projects,

prepared in accordance with separate regulations and accepted into the state geodetic resource* – pcs. 85,

obtaining a water permit.

* Note: final settlement based on factually confirmed quantities of breakdowns.
