A summary note of the programme is attached to the Dce.A mandatory site visit will be organised once the application phase is completed. Its modalities will be specified in the RC of the offer phase. The contract holder will have to carry out the following services:- design phase: preparation of administrative authorization application files (demolition permit, building permit, assistance in obtaining and monitoring the procedure).design study of final preliminary design level, design study of project level.
