Order. is implemented under the project "A comprehensive project of adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - low retention and prevention of water erosion in lowlands".

The project is co-financed from funds from the European Community budget (Cohesion Fund) under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020).

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in accordance with the technical documentation held by the Employer, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (STWIOR), permits, contract and JMA, as well as preparation of as-built documentation, including geodetic documentation, for the following tasks (parts) - seven tasks with codes awarded by the Center for Coordination of Environmental Projects (CKPŚ):

Task no. I: Code according to CKPŚ 11-24-1.1-01 Restoration of the retention reservoir by reconstruction of the dike with a stone overflow plot No. 285 Świerczyna, commune of Polanów rural area.

The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for "Reverse procedure" referred to in Article 24aa section 1 and 2 PZP.

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in accordance with the technical documentation held by the Employer, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (STWIOR), permits, contract and JMA, as well as preparation of as-built documentation, including geodetic documentation, for the following (parts) - tasks with codes given by Center for Coordination of Environmental Projects (CKPŚ):

11-24-1.1-01: restoration of the retention tank by rebuilding the causeway with a stone overflow, plot No. 285 Świerczyna, commune of Polanów rural area.

Planned for implementation under the action "A comprehensive project of adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - small retention and prevention of water erosion in lowlands" by the Forest District of Polanów. The facilities planned for construction are located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Koszaliński County.

The map of the forest inspectorate constituting Annex 13 to the ToR illustrates the locations of individual tasks. The detailed location is described in the project documentation attached to the SIZW prepared for individual tasks constituting Annexes 2 to the ToR.

Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of the works for the above-mentioned task are attached as Annex 3 to the ToR.

The Contractor before submitting the subject of the contract for final acceptance is obliged to carry out as-built surveying, technical acceptance and necessary tests, etc. as well as measurements by authorized units at his own cost. In addition, the contractor undertakes to submit attestations, technical approvals, and declarations of conformity for embedded materials, equipment and devices in accordance with the as-built inventory.

Works may not be carried out from 01/04 to 31/08. (breeding season of birds).

The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to subcontractors, except that based on art. 36a of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority reserves the contractor's personal performance of key parts of the contract in the field of: construction works in the field of water and drainage facilities, hydrotechnical.

If the design documentation includes a reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 30 paragraph 1 point 2 and par. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority allows offering equivalent materials or solutions, provided that they ensure obtaining technical parameters not worse than specified in the above-mentioned documentation. Equivalence should be understood as meaning that they will guarantee the performance of the contract in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and ensure that technical parameters are not worse than those assumed in the abovementioned documents. In connection with the above, the Employer allows the possibility of offering products with other trademarks, patents or origin, but not with other properties and functionality than specified

In the documentation. In accordance with art. 30 paragraph 5 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Employer is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Employer.

In the case of offering solutions equivalent to those specified in the project documentation, the contractor is obliged to comply with the requirement arising from art. 30 paragraph 5 of the PPL Act.

The contractor bears full responsibility for the organization and implementation of the construction process in such a way that the assumed objectives are achieved with the maximum possible minimization of damage to the forest environment.

Designation of journeys and the space used for works must be agreed with the representative of the Employer. The contractor is responsible for the methods used to carry out construction works and the final final result.

Task No. II: Code according to CKPŚ 11-24-1.1-02. in retention. by rebuilding the dike and building fixed stone and wooden transfer of plot no. 238, Świerczyna precinct, Polanów commune, rural area
