1. The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services (regular transport as part of local public transport, i.e. public transport) in Tczew, on all days of the week, by low-floor city buses, according to timetables developed by the Ordering Party.

2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted divided into the following tasks:

1) part no. 1 - provision of services carried out by a minimum of 17 low-floor city buses (including 2 reserve vehicles),

2) part no. 2 - provision of services carried out by a minimum of 16 low-floor city buses (including 2 reserve vehicles),

3.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the Description of the subject of the contract – Annex 9 to the SWZ.

Part No. 1 - provision of services carried out by a minimum of 17 low-floor city buses (including 2 reserve vehicles), including:

- 15 MAXI vehicles – with a length from 11.01 m to 13.50 m,

- 2 MEGA vehicles – from 17.50 m to 18.50 m long

The Ordering Party allows the provision of services in part No. 1 with MEGA vehicles – with a length from 17.50 m to 18.50 m, also on tasks other than those intended for scheduled service with MEGA vehicles.

The detailed scope of services for lot no. 1 of the contract is specified in Annex 1b to the Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: OPZ) entitled List of transport tasks SWZ.

The estimated number of vehicle-kilometres for lot no. 1 is 1 809 000,00 wzkm, including:

• in 2023 (4 months) – approximately 280,000.00,

• in 2024 – approximately 799,000.00 per year,

• in 2025 (11 months) – approximately 730,000.00

Part No. 2 - provision of services carried out by a minimum of 16 low-floor city buses (including 2 reserve vehicles), including:

- 16 MAXI vehicles – from 11.01 m to 13.50 m in length

The Ordering Party allows the provision of services in part No. 2 with MEGA vehicles – with a length of 17.50 m to 18.50 m. In the case of execution of the order using MEGA vehicles, they must meet the requirements set out in § 2 of Annex 2 to the Description of the subject of the contract entitled Technical and utility parameters of vehicles intended for the provision of SWZ services.

The detailed scope of services for lot no. 2 of the contract is specified in Annex 1b to the Description of the subject of the contract entitled List of transport tasks SWZ.

The estimated number of vehicle-kilometers for part no. 2 is 1 684 000,00 wzkm, including:

• in 2023 (4 months) – approximately 260,000.00,

• in 2024 – approximately 744,000.00 per year,

• in 2025 (11 months) – approximately 680,000.00
