The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for task No. 04140 "Extension of Wilkszyńska Street in Wrocław". A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Part III of the Terms of Contract.

1. The subject of the contract shall be

1.1. In terms of development of project documentation:

a) updating the greenery inventory in the area of works shown in the design documentation constituting Annex 1 to OPZ, and then updating the greenery project contained in Annex 1 to OPZ accordingly,

b) execution of a traffic organization project for the duration of the works together with obtaining all necessary arrangements and permits necessary for the implementation of traffic organization for the duration of all works covered by this contract,

c) execution of the necessary projects along with obtaining all necessary arrangements and permits needed to organize and launch the construction facilities for the needs of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority,

d) preparation of documentation necessary to set up information boards on co-financing from the Government Road Development Fund,

e) preparation of documentation necessary to set up city information boards (for the time of construction and commemoration) and to carry out an information campaign (leaflets).

1.2. In the scope of construction works carried out on the basis of design documentation provided by the Contracting Authority, in particular:

a) extension of the roadway of Wilkszyńska Street,

b) extension of intersections of Wilkszyńska Street with side roads,

c) extension, reconstruction, repair of side roads on access sections to intersections,

d) construction, reconstruction, renovation of individual and public exits,

e) construction, reconstruction, renovation of individual and public exits,

f) construction, reconstruction of bus stop platforms with elements of equipment,

g) construction, reconstruction of technical belts, ground shoulders,

h) execution of earthworks related to road works,

i) construction of road safety elements,

j) launching a project for the organization of target traffic,

k) construction, reconstruction of culverts,

l) construction, reconstruction of the road drainage system (rainwater drainage, road ditches, drainage ditches, drainage network),

m) reconstruction of fences,

n) reconstruction of water supply networks,

o) reconstruction, construction of sanitary sewage system,

p) reconstruction of the power grid (LV, MV),

q) reconstruction, construction of road lighting,

r) reconstruction of telecommunications networks,

s) construction of MKT telecommunication ducts,

t) felling, planting greenery,

(u) demolition of existing buildings interfering with the investment, existing fences, interfering networks subject to reconstruction.

This contract should not provide for construction works related to the reconstruction of the gas network, despite the fact that these works are shown in the design documentation provided by the Contracting Authority. The reconstruction of the gas network in Wilkszyńska Street will be carried out by another Contractor, on the basis of the design documentation contained in Annex 1 to OPZ, as part of a separate contract awarded by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. The obligation of the Contractor of this contract will be the ongoing coordination of works with the contractor for the reconstruction of the gas network.

3. In the scope of construction works performed on the basis of documentation developed by the Contractor:

a) execution of compensatory plantings along Wilkszyńska Street on the basis of the greenery project, updated by the Contractor of this order,

b) organization of construction facilities, arranging the area after construction works, traffic organization project for the duration of works together with the project of communication service of the construction site,

c) preparation of information boards on co-financing from the Government Road Development Fund,

d) preparation of documentation necessary to set up information boards (for the time of construction and commemorative) and carrying out an information campaign (leaflets).
