Herlev Municipality offers winter services on approx. 80 kilometers of public roads in Herlev Municipality, which consists of snow and slippery road control as well as snow removal.

The total value of the framework agreement in DKK over 3 years has been estimated for lot 1: 750,000, lot 2: 660,000, lot 3: 390,000.

The estimated maximum value of the framework agreement, including a 1-year extension, is: 3.5 million.

Lot 1 covers slippery road control and combined snow removal and with large trucks on main roads and major roads.

The tenderer shall make a large truck with driver available for call as required. The contracting entity shall provide equipment in the form of salt vats and ploughs to be used by the tenderer.

Lot 1 will be awarded to one tenderer.

Lot 2 covers snow removal and snow removal and slippery road control by small truck on smaller roads and paths.

The tenderer shall make a small truck with driver available for call as required. The contracting entity shall provide salt vats to be used by the tenderer.

Lot 2 will be awarded to one tenderer.

Lot 3 covers snow removal by tractor on roads and trails.

The contracting entity shall have 6 tractors at its disposal, which shall be deployed as required. The contracting entity shall not provide equipment.

The tenderer must bid with an equal number of tractors, therefore either a minimum of 2, and up to a maximum of 6 tractors, which the tenderer can make available.

The number of bidders who will be awarded routes depends on the number of tractors bidding for by the tenderers. The contracting entity will therefore allocate routes to the tenderers with the lowest evaluation sum until the contracting entity has 6 tractors. Tenderers should therefore be aware that the tenderer is not assured that all tractors that the tenderer bids for will be used. See further explanation in section 7.1.
