Windows and sun protection for the construction of a residential quarter with 152 apartments totaling around 11,000 m² in Stutensee Blankenloch, on the site of the former swimming pool.

The construction site is divided into 2 sub-areas, each with a separate underground car park.

The apartments are arranged in 9 three-four-storey spatially separated buildings with 15 house entrances.

A café is to be integrated on the ground floor of House VII. Due to the high rated water level, a closed excavation pit with construction and soft gel sole is planned.

The overall completion of all apartments is planned by the first quarter of 2024.

The contract specifically encompasses windows and sun protection services.
