On the site of the former trotting track area in Recklinghausen, a new city quarter with a lake is to be created. The central green area of the quarter forms the "southern landscape", a modelled landscape structure up to 12 m high with play and leisure facilities.

The preparation of the Southern Landscape includes the following services:

- Preparatory work for planting and sowing work

- Earthworks for equipment and play elements

- Production of new asphalt road connections

- Production of a temporary seating area made of pavement

- Precast concrete work as edge border of the viewing plateau

- Setting up benches

- Creating game elements from boulders and

- Logs

- Production of earth modelling and drainage troughs (1,100 m)

- Complementary fine modelling and topsoil work

- Planting of 165 tall trunks and 138 m of free-growing hedges

- Sowing of approx. 53,000 m² of meadows and lawns
