The subject of the order is: provision of the management service at the Łódź-Fabryczna Multi-Bus Station

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Volume II of the ToR - Description of the Object of the Order and in Volume III of the ToR - Contract act form.

1. The subject of the order is:

Providing the management service of the Łódź-Fabryczna Multi-Bus Station (hereinafter referred to as SIWZ - WPA) including, among others:

a) coordination of the traffic situation of vehicles, supervision of carriers using WPA on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays;

b) control and supervision of vehicle entries into the WPA and operation of the system to control entries into the WPA on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays;

c) supervision of the waiting room for drivers on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays;

d) operating the passenger information system on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays;

e) announcing arrivals, departures, delays and cancellations of courses on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays;

f) servicing the information point 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays from 6.00-20.00;

g) handling telephone information for passengers on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays;

h) maintaining cleanliness in the rooms provided by the Employer.

2. The Awarding Entity, pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act, requires that activities in the field of the contract consisting of:

a) coordination of the traffic situation of vehicles, supervision of carriers using WPA 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays;

b) control and supervision of vehicle entries into the WPA and system operation

To control entries to the WPA on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays;

c) supervision of the waiting room for drivers on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays;

d) operating the passenger information system on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays;

e) announcing arrivals, departures, delays and cancellations of courses on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays;

f) servicing the information desk 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays from 6.00-20.00;

g) handling telephone information for passengers on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, including public holidays and public holidays, were performed by at least 4 persons employed by the Contractor or a subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract.

3 Requirements for employment by the Contractor or subcontractor based on an employment contract referred to in Article 29 paragraph 3a of the Act, persons performing activities in the field of the contract are specified in item 2 above and in Volume III of the ToR - Contract Act Form. The above requirements specify in particular:

a) the method of documenting the employment of persons referred to in art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act,

b) the Awarding Entity's powers to control compliance of the contractor with the requirements referred to in art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act and sanctions for failure to meet these requirements,

c) the type of activities necessary to perform the contract, to which the employment requirements relate based on the employment contract by the contractor or subcontractor of the person performing the activities during the performance of the contract.
