The target of the procurement is expert services related to supporting the renewal and development of the wellbeing services county of Kymenlaakso and building capabilities.
The aim of the procurement is to strengthen and improve the implementation of the development work of the wellbeing services county of Kymenlaakso and to ensure the timely implementation of the renewal. The acquisition strengthens the Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county's ability to change the operating environment and ensures that the wellbeing services county has access to the latest models based on development trends and knowledge. The procurement targets several issues that are significant for the renewal of the wellbeing services county and will help strengthen modern health and social services agency.
The procurement is divided into three (3) areas:

The tenderer may bid on one or more lots.
The Contracting entity does not undertake to procure any minimum amount of service from the Supplier
